"Bait & Switch. Vrbo knows & won't help. They are allowing Avi & Jazz continue to rip guests off. We booked with Avi, we didn't have good internet, thanks figoogle garbage, we thought we made an address mistake. We were tired and it was 11pm when the cab dropped us off. A nice stranger drove us to another address that Avi gave us. It was an ant riddled dump. When i had better internet, I saw that i didn't make the mistake with the address it was a bait &switch. Now, vrbo won't refund our money...

"I did not have towels in my room when I checked in the first day. That was unexpected. The conditioner bottle attached to the bathroom wall fell off the second day. They left a bath towel the second day but there was only one left. It is an old hotel and the carpet does not seem clean at all. If you can get another hotel, go with that."

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "
