“There was absolutely no things left like salt and pepper washing up liquid of any amount . No towels and the beds were very uncomfortable. The general condition was satisfactory however the floor was dirty and had to be moped. The overall vibe wasn't very welcoming as the caravan felt soulless. “The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well.”

“Hi, We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower. Picture below. We made the fastest decision that we aren’t staying in this caravan due to the poor hygiene and smell. Baring in mind this……

"Firstly, I found what appeared to be dried yellow-green mucus on the wall beside the bed. This was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I had to clean and disinfect the area myself using wet wipes. Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t function well when I was out of the room. I suspected the electricity in the room was cut when I took out the key from the socket. After being away for the entire day, I returned to find that the fruit and drinks I had stored inside were only slightly cooler than room temperature. Some of the fruit was close to spoiling as a result. The sound insulation between rooms was very poor. Whenever guests in the neighbouring room opened their door, it sounded as if someone was opening my room door, which was both disturbing and unsettling. Finally, the staff member is very nice and helpful during the selfcheck-in process. She passed me the key as they did not put sufficient key in the self check-in counters. This is the only one time I chat with the staff members."
