「This apartment is spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are a good size. The terrace is nice. Information from host regarding check in was good. 「Lovely unit, although the check in process was a little difficult, an all automatic code system, which is fine for younger people. The system seemed to be a little temperamental. However, we enjoyed our stay, parking was a plus. Everything we needed was available. It was a walk to a supermarket.」

「This is a renovated, modernized flat centrally located in downtown Windsor just off the pedestrian mall. The bathroom and main bedroom were fine. The kitchen/sitting room/spare bedroom (pullout couch) was well-equipped but it is on a main street and quite noisy. The pull-out couch is not particularly comfortable as might be expected and the whole flat is quite warm. The property manager is responsive and the flat is well-located but I felt it is over-priced for what you get.」

「There was not hot water in the apartment since the time we checked in, when complained they checked next day and mentioned hot water was set on winter settings they said that was changed next day but we didn't had any hot water on day 2 either. Day 3 morning we got hot water but when we used bath the bath tub plug got stuck there was no chain attached to the plug to pull it. After receiving no communication from the owner (should be 2-3days in advance of arrival) we had to reach out to VRBO Care for assistance who did a great job of getting the owner to provide us with check in information an hour later.We arrived at the property to find that it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and guests had just left. 「A perfect location for visiting Legoland and Windsor Castle. Easy to find, parking is literally right outside of the front door and the apartment is fitted with everything you could need.We will definitely recommend and will use again if we visit Legoland again in the future.」
