The service is really bad, we paid GBP200 for deposit, after 2 months and chasing many time, the deposit still not refund yet. also the apartment owner is very rude and keep ignoring us. there are few apartments nearby, if you want a happy memory, better not packing this.」

「This is a renovated, modernized flat centrally located in downtown Windsor just off the pedestrian mall. The bathroom and main bedroom were fine. The kitchen/sitting room/spare bedroom (pullout couch) was well-equipped but it is on a main street and quite noisy. The pull-out couch is not particularly comfortable as might be expected and the whole flat is quite warm. The property manager is responsive and the flat is well-located but I felt it is over-priced for what you get.」
