“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“Everything worked as it was supposed to, including wifi. We did not use the kitchen for anything other than heating water for coffee (instant coffee is offered free of charge AND there was fresh milk in the fridge). ”

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“Fantastic for a cheap stay when heading to a gig at Wembley. Easy access from the M40 on the way into London. Place was modern & spotless and access to a modern clean kitchen too with a fridge freezer (was very much needed this weekend as it was 35 degrees!), microwave, kettle etc Was ridiculously hot this weekend, but they offered a fan for the room to help. Great access to the Metropolitan line (3 min walk) and plenty of parking. Not suitable for families because of the set up being……

“Great space for us in a great location. Walk to all attractions in Windsor and Eton with 2 convenient train stations. Mass transit to all major attractions in London. Cab or Uber to airport quick and convenient. Property was spacious and perfect for 2 adult couples.”

“Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... ”

“The property was on a quiet street, no busy traffic, and not far from a major bus route. The renters did not send me an access code until i spent over 1 hour on the phone with Expedia service. I had zero help from the renters the whole time i used the place. We needed help when the internet dropped out, and also wanted the towels that were missing. No response from them. The only time they contacted me was with a form email asking for a review. The place was not clean. It also looked like……
