"The room was clean. The hotel is making efforts to go green. Whenever you asked for anything they sent someone to your room immediately. The doormen were excellent and helpful. The location was great! All good things to say about this hotel."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in a great location close to the tub and bus stops. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance and about a 15 minute walk to Borough Market. I would definitely stay here again when I return to London. Thank you for making stay amazing!"

"As soon as I walked through the door, every member of staff was so nice and kind and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and everything was complimentary!. We also had dinner at Platform 7 which was delicious and great value for money and again all of the staff were wonderful. The entire building is incredible and we had fun wandering around inside reading all the various cuttings and postcards on display from years gone by. Our stay was a birthday treat but we will definitely stay here again. It wasn't cheap but one gets what one pays for and it was certainly great value for money. If you are seeing a show in the West End this is the place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome."
