Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room.

Great hotel, excellent location

They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening. My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around. All the major central London landmarks are within half an hour of walking distance, even Tate Modern.

While our room was small, it was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat - right in the center of London. Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - we were able to get a later checkout and the staff helped with luggage and getting a cab to the airport.

Yes but they need to have someone monitoring it. I caught a diner taking bread back to her table decided she no longer wanted it and put it back which meant some unsuspecting diner wod have eaten the germ ladden bread if I had not removed it and reported it to staff.

Das Twinbett-Zimmer war groß, sehr schön und modern. Die Ausstattung, der Service, das Personal, es gibt keine Kritikpunkte. Wenn ich wieder nach London reise, dann buche ich dieses Hotel, ungelogen. Die Lage ist die absolut beste, die man haben kann, sehr viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind hier gelegen. Alles in allem eine 100 von 10.

This was a solo trip for theatre week and it was perfection! Location is super convenient and the solo room (with window) was the perfect size for me. It had been 20 years since I had stayed there and the upgrades to the hotel were wonderful. Although I never ate at the hotel there were plenty of wonderful food options in the area. I always bring a sound machine with me, so I never heard any noise from the hallway during the evening. Will definitely stay there again on my next solo trip.

The staff was very helpful from beginning till end. The location of the hotel is centralized, close to multiple train stations and to every main show from West End. The rooms need a little TLC. The housekeeping was amazing and always came back to our room made. Why I give them a lower rating on cleanliness is because of the status of the amenities. They just need some updating.
