We stayed over 2 nights . Close to covent gardens and all the theaters . Excellent staff very friendly. The rooms are small but very modern and everything you need . I would certainly be staying there again .although we didnt get breakfast it was very well priced and looks delicious.

Helpful, friendly staff. Room, though smaller than expected (very compact) was clean with good selection of hot drinks. Wouldn’t pay extra for a window room as it was opaque so didn’t add any value.

Okay, but quite disappointing. Staff are very friendly but our box room in the loft was very disappointing! Was far too small with a double bed stuffed in the corner where you literally had to climb over your partner to get into it as there was no one to walk round. our roof windows were disgustingly dirty and wouldn’t close correctly making the room very cold. The toilet flush was broken which was constantly flowing into the toilet all night. There were no wardrobes to hang up any clothes or are safely available. Shower wasn’t the greatest to get the water correct so I would say look elsewhere and find something bigger and better, properly at a cheaper price.

The first observation when arriving was the small entrance which was a little disconcerting but once inside the staff were very friendly and welcoming took my details and explained the running of the hotel. I was not sure what to expect as I had never heard of Z Hotels before. In fact everything was very clean and bright. My room was a bit small but everything was spotless. The huge TV. was amazing the bed was just right, and the shower worked well with out any problems. If I have any issues it was with the eating arrangement I think it would make quite a difference if the breakfast was better advertised as I found it excellent
