"Karla on reception found us a room for early check in so we could go out, room nice and clean, complimentary chocolate, biscuits, coffee and refillable water bottle with dispensers in corridors. Great location for Theatre and market, nice breakfast and would recommend for a short stay."

"A young chap named Carlton checked us in - super efficient and sorted all our queries like a pro. Room was clean with great views, comfy bedding and strong shower. We came down to the bar. It was warm and cozy with lots of seating. The wine was excellent. We wanted some food and restaurant is just next to the bar. Genevive was the waitress. She took the order and said ‘ you are going to love the food’ - My god, it was awesome. I haven't had authentic Indian, this good for ages. On par with nearby celebrity run restaurants(no names). Hotel management - please don't let this team go! Cook, Waitress, Bar team and Receptionist - the whole lot!! "
