「Pretty good, the guest room is clean, tidy and very comfortable.」

「The cleanliness needs to be improved. Very disappointed to have found dirt marks and blood marks on the bed sheets and covers. No ice machines in the hotel so need to ask receptions to get ice everytime. And no refrigerator in the room. There's one fridge-like machine but it's not cold and the staff insisted it is mini-bar. So even the drinks inside are not cold.」

「Cannot recommend this place enough. The pub itself is really nice, the rooms are lovely, and the staff are friendly. It’s also fantastic value for money for London. We booked outside of London central, because I wanted to take my friend to Gods Own Junkyard (awesome place). 「Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. 「This was our Second stay here for two nights, we come to see friends and family every now and then, we like it because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Central London, lovely walks in nearby Richmond Park. 「Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)」
