"Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Situated on the Strand which is ideal for the West End, Covent Garden and Central London. Not the first time of staying and would stay again"
"A fantastic hotel in an excellent spot. Right by Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster tubes. Near all the big attractions.
Lovely and quiet area just a short walk away.
Reception staff were fantastic and so helpful.
The range of breakfast available at the breakfast buffet was excellent quality and a lot of variety. We had breakfast on the terrace.
Booked a standard twin room and it was very spacious. Would 100% stay here when in London again. "
"We stayed for 6 nights and the property was clean. Easy access to public transportation and walking distance to all major tourist attractions.
Best of all, Room service was attentive during our entire stay. "
"The front desk was great. I upgraded my room and needed to move but they let me stay in my old room until the new room was ready. It was on the same floor and it was very convenient to move down the hall. The hotel was within walking distance to sites and restaurants. It was an awesome location. They also provided a small refrigerator in the room that was stocked with water, soda, wine, candy, chips, popcorn, and coffee. It was all complimentary which is amazing and doesn’t happen in the USA ever. I can’t wait to return to London someday soon. Oh they also have a Starbucks in the hotel! It was perfect for me and my son. "
"The standout for me, aside from the location, is the incredible plumbing. Silly as it sounds you can fill a deep bath with scalding hot water in about 90 seconds, as an engineer at heart i find it so impressive that a hotel this size can do this 24/7.
Staff are brilliant and so attentive.
Rooms arent anything special but the amenities are all there and they are clean, and again with everything within a 20 min walk, from theaters to restaurants to the major train stations, its a great choice.
