Extraordinary hotel. The room was incredible. Service to the room (twice daily) was amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return.

We stayed at L'Oscar several times over the past few years and were always impressed by its beauty, comforts, and level of service. During our last stay, we noted that the service got even better: the room was spotless, the food we ordered was delivered promptly, and the hotel proactively honored all our VIP discounts, including room upgrade and food credits. We will be staying at L'Oscar again the next time we come to London.

Hotel was suffering from a large fire that had occurred beneath the street under the hotel. The hotel forgot to notify us that taxi and car access was not available. At first the taxi even refused to take us because of the traffic nightmare, roads closed, etc. We had to walk two blocks with heavy luggage through construction zone to arrive to the hotel with no bellmen. The room was beautiful, the toast, could have been a hockey puck. (they did take breakfast off) All in all, not great.

The suites were great concierge Tachid and Tony, reception florencia were awesome. Location is great too. Only issue we had was the hairdryer system didnt work too good and shower drain flooded our bathroom. Altogether, good experience.

Wow, what a wonderful find. Luxurious from the design to the linens to large rooms & the yummy bath amenities. Excellent & authentically kind staff throughout hotel and restaurant. Very stylish & elegant but not pretentious. Anything you ask, they will deliver. Food, transport, shopping directions We appreciated everyone but must mention Florencia, Tony, Mustafa & manager Sara! I can’t remember everyone’s name but thank you all so much. Food high quality and elevated and steps away from anything else you might want. Across the street from the Tube w Piccadilly/Central line access. Little unique & different treats left on pillow every night over 8 night stay. Did I say how nice & kind everyone was? Anyone is welcome here!

Top class hotel in a super location.

From check-in to departure, the staff were really friendly, professional and top class. The welcome glass of Champagne on check-in was a lovely touch. We had one of the suites and it was brilliant. Such classy decor, all through the hotel. We were only disappointed with the bar closing at 11pm each night. Because it was so nice, we came back early to have a drink and it was closing - maybe they could keep that open longer for residents to make the experience more special, and more lucrative for the hotel?
