A wonderful location, close to tube stops, buses, taxis, and Charing Cross train station. A block from the Thames and a short walk to the National Gallery. Interior of the hotel is elegant with a sweeping grand staircase. Rooms quiet, modern, and very clean. Platform 7 Restaurant is beyond beautiful. Will always stay here when I’m in London and will highly recommend it to friends.

Beautiful and charming hotel with a perfect location! Walking distance to West End, convenient tube stations, train stations, and the Thames River! Rooms and property were exquisite and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Our travel party absolutely adored our stay at this hotel and cannot wait to make a return visit!
