The setting is wonderful, the hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is truly an oasis of calm right in the middle of London. The staff are super helpful. Personally I find the facilities more than sufficient (great pool and gym......) and if there is a better hotel bar in central London I would love to see it......

The reception staff concierge and even doormen were most helpful and knowledgeable. The lounge was beautifully appointed with fresh flowers and comfortable. The amenities in the room were a nice touch: water, snacks, sodas, coffee maker cookies.
Hotel is in a great location walking distance to the Royal Opera House theaters and restaurants including Covent Garden mall.

The hotel was luxurious and very pleasant to stay. There were some quirks with a lavatory with a violent sounding flush and the restaurant being predominantly gluten free but the room’s hand wash, body wash and conditioner all containing wheat protein.

Amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. Warmly decorated, well-appointed with many thoughtful touches (complimentary mini bar snacks, Dyson hair dryer, multi port in wall sockets, excellent turn down service, water all the time, etc.). All staff members were very friendly and I found room service to be really really quick (and the food was great). Great location for tourists with many tube options and restaurants nearby.

Really nice hotel in a great location - breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Noise from the road was too loud, but due to original windows. The pool/spa area was pretty poor and not up to the standard of a 5* hotel - although the massage was great.

Always wanted to stay here since it opened 28 years ago!!! Finally had the opportunity to visit for four nights in late July/early August! Did NOT disappoint! What an incredible property in Covent Garden. Great amenities and wonderful location. The staff was attentive and helpful. And very hospitable. Amazing condition and very well maintained! As I told the front desk when I checked out-I would like to live here!!!
Thank you for setting a very high standard-simply one of the finest hotels I have ever visited! Looking forward to my next stay! Thanks again!

I booked a deluxe king bed room. For the first night I was put in a room on the 6th floor where I was later told that the rooms on the 6th floor are smaller rooms. The remaining stay on the 2nd floor was great. Also, their room service food was great. I recommend this hotel - it is in a great location as well. Just do not stay in a room on the 6th floor.
