This hotel was perfect for me and my family. It was super clean and well-kept. The staff was extremely helpful, even bringing our suitcases up multiple flights of stairs without an elevator. When I had a request, they were quick and efficient in helping me. The location was calm and quiet, while still being close enough to attractions we visited by foot and/or public transport.

Great little hotel in Pimlico. Close to a couple fantastic breakfast spots. We were staying in one of the Chinnery annex apartments and our package didn't include breakfast and the one morning we tried it was okay but there are better options close by. All staff were super helpful and even received our lost luggage and held it for us when the courier dropped it off while we were out. I highly recommend this hotel and will look at staying again when we come back to London.

The room was great and well finished - they provided 2 x fans to keep the heat down. My only complaint is that the window went out into a courtyard where the next room had access to. We couldn’t keep the window open because next door were smoking and the smoke was entering our room. That’s only minor compared to a really good experience.

This is a basic, no frills, hotel. My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and lovely linen. There is no air conditioning and the heat was trapped in the room. The fan supplied made no difference . It was difficult to sleep even with the window open.

Despite its name and attractive decor, this is essentially a budget hotel. I spent ten nights in Bower House—the hotel operates from two nearby buildings—which was undergoing construction during my stay. The single room and bathroom were extremely small. The bathroom was so cramped that I had to leave the door open simply to reach the sink and brush my teeth. I knew before booking that the property did not have air conditioning. However, the small fan provided was inadequate during the record-breaking heat. More troublingly, my room was cleaned only once during my entire ten-night stay. When I specifically requested housekeeping, the only service provided was a fresh set of towels. The wastebasket was left overflowing. I was not informed about the construction when I booked. Reception explained that the work was taking place on the opposite façade of the building, but because there were only two rooms on each floor, this made little practical difference. I was not offered the option of moving to another room. Although the Pimlico location is central and convenient, I was very uncomfortable throughout my stay and would not stay here again.

We had a short but wonderful stay at the Georgian House hotel. We're a family of 4, two adults and 2 children and the basement apartment we booked was super spacious and worked amazing for us. Kids had their own space, kitchen was great to have, and the outdoor space was a very nice addition! The only downside is we were there during late July/early August and right after a heatwave. The space has no AC but rather fans in each room (which were unfortunately not enough). Thankfully, I brought additional small fans which I used and kept the spaces cooler. I would however, still definitely recommend staying here in the cooler months when visiting London!

We stayed in Bower House which is just round the corner. Our room was right at the top of the property which was fine for us but people need to be mindful of the stairs. The ceiling roof sloped so if you're tall remember to duck. Although there's no air con a portable unit had been put in the room. There's no restaurant on site but there's information in the room to order in. If you want breakfast then there's a card in the room to tick what you want and leave outside the door the night before. There is a restaurant just across the road which has a limited evening menu but the food is really good, we had breakfast there as well
