「Great location - could walk everywhere and very well appointed.」

「The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. 」

「The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer.」

Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best.」

「Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending...

「The day we arrived we first needed to clean everything. Everything in the kitchen was dirty. We needed to vacuem clean the property There are only 3 beds. The 4th and 5th person were expected to sleep in the kitchen on the sofa bed. Way too small for two persons! I would not recommend renting it.」

「This one bedroom flat is compact with some very nice designer touches! It is close enough to the old towne area of Southampton to walk to see the old city wall and gates. There are also 2 large malls within walking distance. It is perfect for a couple or a single for a short stay. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.」
