“Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.”

They had no knowledge of my booking through Expedia when I ran to check but then subsequently told me that the room was still available and they booked the room directly for me. I heard nothing from them prior to my arrival regarding key code entry to the property and to the room. Having been informed the day before my arrival that they were open on the Saturday (the day of my arrival), when I phoned I got a message saying the office was……
