“Clean room Only thing i dont like was the check in , i understand the check in time is 3pm, but hopefully your staff will give consideration, we arrived in the hotel at 2:30pm after a long drive but when i checked in they told us to wait till 3pm for check in, just 30 mins early but they dont bother to give consideration esp we are tired from long drive, its not helpful for the guest. ”

“Cleaner room, breakfast was terrible Food last night was awful and me and hubby have been sick all day Tea coffee in room but 1 club biscuit 2 of us stayed in the room how does that work ”

“Quite pleased with service all around. I checked in early and there was a fee but not what other hotels in area are charging. No food available until 5:00pm. That’s when restaurant opens. Food choices were good for evening meals ”

“No air conditioning staff in the morning was rude and not helpful they were more interested in having a conversation with each other on reception except for one young lad he couldn't be more helpful.”

“Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.”

“Cleanliness requires attention. Faced an issue with the lock while checking in and the customer support was very difficult to reach and help arrived almost after we being stranded for 2 hours . ”

“The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.”

“We were here the night before a cruise. Other hotels near cruise port were double the price. This was still convenient and much less expensive. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. ”
