“The room wasn't as clean as expected. The electric outlets didn't work. Someone came rapidly to fix it. At the restaurant, the server didn't bring us water like the others neither come back to see how we were doing. It is a good quality price. Even with those inconvénients, we would go back for a short journey. One or two days.”

“Needed a base for a couple of nights for a coastal visit. Very well decorated room in semidetached. Large bed. Good bathroom with shower & nice choice of soaps, etc. Coffee maker and kettle, lots of tv channels. Ten minutes walk up from Central station and regular buses at both ends of road.”

“Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“Boiler didn't work so no heating and nit hot water for showers. Rooms are damp and the kitchen is dirty. Keep your stuff in your room or lose it!”

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.”
