“The lodge was lovely only just starting to look a bit worn. Towels, utensils, welcome tea & coffee were all much appreciated.”

“Lovely area and chalet was everything describedMy only complaint was you had to keep our dogs on lead around the site. There was nowhere to walk them and let them run around. We had to go to the many dog friendly beaches. Would go back though !”

“An absolute gem of a place to stay: close enough to the pubs and restaurants, the beautiful beaches and the coastal path walks but off the main road so it is set in peace and tranquility. Johnny the owner is great: enough communication so you know exactly what to expect but without imposing on your stay. The property is spotless, well equipped and very modern. It has fantastic coastal views and the huge front room window allows you to view the sea from the comfort of the sofa.”

“We would not visit Dartmouth again due to the difficulty parking. The Park and Ride was a nightmare, we cannot believe that cards were not acceptable and the parking app was problematic. In the chalet the seating opposite the TV was extremely uncomfortable. We would have appreciated instructions on how to work the electric oven as we are used to gas cooking. Otherwise very well equipped.”

“The chalet was clean warm and cosy, Maggie the host was very helpful. The chalet was slightly remote but the views made up for it. If you like walking it’s ideal.”

“We visited at Christmas and tge Lodge was so Christmasy. It was toastie warm with everything you could possibly need. The Christmas presents under the tree felt like a super luxury touch too.”

“Accommodation was very good and the area around the lodge was good. I found the path from the car parking area to the lodge was very steep. ”
