「Great pet friendly chalet, just10 mins walk from the lovely beach. The host, Simon, answered all our correspondence quickly and was very helpful and accommodating (pun intended)!」

「The host was friendly answered any queries l made before.My family of four with teenagers enjoyed the holiday home.It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great that we had extras touches like biscuits and tea bags etc.Also games, books and dvds.」

「was able to park just in front of stable room work is in progress at the property so didnt look its best on the outside,inside was fab we had everything we needed plus extras like fridge ,toaster,microwave plenty of plates mugs dishes good drinks making equipment,single beds were comfy and spotless,tv was a bit confusing but we managed in the end,we had a lot of noise on the 2 nd evening and early morning could have been the workmen🙄 the royal oak pub is extremely welcoming drinks and meals...

「Lovely area and chalet was everything describedMy only complaint was you had to keep our dogs on lead around the site. There was nowhere to walk them and let them run around. We had to go to the many dog friendly beaches. Would go back though !」

「The property was excellant and clean. Modern, up to date and comfortable facilities throughout. Location ideal for surrounding areas ie Sutton on Sea and Skegness. Lovely place to stay. 」
