「We were extremely disappointed with this property and left the same night without staying due to hygiene, safety and communication issues. On arrival it was clear the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned. Bedding appeared unchanged with blonde hairs on pillows and sheets, plates and cutlery were greasy, the cutlery drawer had crumbs, cupboards contained tins covered in mould, and there were cobwebs in the living area. In the pool room, a banner from previous guests was still on the mirror and toys...

「We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house had tons of space, with modern touches and en suite bathrooms that made it incredibly comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to great restaurants and the courses at St Andrews.Marvyn, the host, was fantastic: responsive, helpful, and even assisted us when we accidentally left a few items behind.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!」

「Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. 「Beautiful property that is very well maintained and clean. Has gorgeous views of the Firth of Clyde and a hot tub for good measure. Hosts were great communicators, although when asked, we were told to take cooking basics (salt, pepper, tea and coffee etc) and cleaning products as they wouldnt be provided. Although these things were all present on arrival. To note, we thought the fridge was quite small for a 10 person holiday home. We couldnt fit a lot of our food and drink in for our 2 night...
