The Lincoln Suites

The Lincoln Suites

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location. Several coffee shops and small restaurants nearby. Easy walking to the strand, embankment, British museum, street shopping. Street not very busy. GREAT AIR CONDITIONING. Suite perfect size for spreading out a bit while recovering from jet lag. Rebooked for end of visit as well."

"Room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. We also visited 12th knot for drinks one of the evenings. I paid £1150 for 2 rooms for 2 nights over a weekend and I just don’t think it’s good value. Drinks in the hotel were expensive - £30 for a double Gin and Tonic. If you’re in London and out doing things all day you’d get better value from alternative hotels."

The Z Hotel City

The Z Hotel City

8/10 Good
"Room was clean although smelt a little damp - it was on the lower ground floor so this could be why. Weird roof window things that were very small and inaccessible, but let in some light around what looked like makeshift blinds that had been attached. Bed was comfy. Location was good with a bus stop right outside although a little walk to the nearest Tube (Chancery Lane - Central Line) which wasn't ideal."

"Friendly arrival and check in by staff who offered us sheets for our bedding due to heatwave (duvets would be too warm). Fan in the room kept it cooler. Very clean rooms and main areas. Excellent time spent there - I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book again. Thank you."
