「The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower.」

「People at reception is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is alittle far from London downtown (30mins by tube). It also takes about 30~45 mins to King's Cross Station and Paddington Station. Moreover, the quality of breakfast should be improved.」

「It is a great concept, clean and aesthetically pleasing but clearly a designers vision. The lounge area had a large seating area, but under the TV making it impossible to just comfortably watch something. Kitchenette was well equipped but a Micro/grill/oven combo is no good if the control knob falls of in your hand. In my case possibly a blessing as only being 5’3 I literally would have had to stretch to remove hot food; not that there was any instructions on how to use it! Having told reception...
