“Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. ”

“The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.”

“We stayed at A Taj Hotel for three nights and overall felt very satisfied. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a prime location. The hotel staff were very friendly and friendly. If I come to London again, I will definitely choose this hotel.”

However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”

“It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help……

“Spacious, well-appointed, serviced apartment, tucked away from street noise in Mayfair, a posh neighborhood in Central London. Easy walk to Green Park tube stop, many bus lines, embassies, etc. Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, bath, and a large living room, Al for less than the cost of a one bedroom suite at a nice central London hotel. We’d recommend and will return. ”

The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful.
