“Completely renovated. We had a great stay”

“還不錯的地方，只是有點難找，要跨過一個類似天井的地方，似乎之前也不是這個名字，所以計程車到達的時候，找不到地點有點難找，不過整體環境跟房間還是蠻漂亮的，CP值也高。”

“An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.”

“Very interesting staying above the pub. It's more of a restaurant so it wasn't noisy. Food was excellent!! Staff is very accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. “We loved our stay at Bertrand’s Townhouse. The rooms were excellent, the location was central to everything we wanted to do, and we loved being able to have a nightcap at the bar to plan out our next day with our friends. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit London for the first time or the tenth time!”

“環境很好，店員親切，下面酒吧的食物也好吃！”

“Nice air conditioning, flawless bathrooms.”

“熱水不夠熱，服務人員服務態度很不好”

“The hotel is near the Enbankment tube station. You can walk to the bank of the river as well. Room is clean and comfortable”

“The Zetter Bloomberg was a lovely place to stay. The room was well appointed and cozy. The location is perfect!”

“貓很可愛”

“Need to request room cleaning every day. One day didn’t come clean up room. Forgot giving water for 2 days. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine.”
