We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you
What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing!
When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. The team were responsive and answered every query I had.
The wellness floors are also lovely. During our stay we used the gym and also went to the spa.
The rooftop bar has nice views of the city. The in room dining menu is fantastic because it's extensive and has almost every item you can think of. The food is delicious - we tried a few different items from the menu.
The welcome gift was a pistachio cookie from Cedric Grolet and let me tell you this cookie is nothing short of amazing. It's so good I asked the staff to see if they could make us some for when we departed as it was off menu. And guess what...they did!
Thank you to the team!
10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip.
Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London.
Amazing with our toddler.
The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens.
A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt.
I’ve stayed at many fine hotels, but this stay at The Emory was a customer experience which just stood out in it’s excellence. Thus, while I normally refrain from writing reviews, the Emory team deserves one. The hotel is superb as to design and food. But what is difficult catch without experiencing it yourself is the service. From the first encounter at arrival to the last greeting at our departure, one could sense the exceptional service culture within the team. Everyone were committed to make you as a guest to feel special. It was not just remarkable individuals, but the team as a whole, which also means your excellent experience is likely to be consistent.
We came over to celebrate my wife’s special day and when the Emory team got to know this they went all the possible extra miles to make that day truly special for her and one could see the pride they took in doing this.
The hotel, the rooms and the food is great, but the extraordinary service you have to experience yourself. Thank you team Emory for making my wife’s special day one to remember!
