“Great location with the Mornington Crescent station a 4 minute walk away. The property was very clean with great amenities like the fridge & freezer, kettle, oven and cooktop. The weather was mild during our stay but we did use the AC and it nice to have when needed. The shower was large and water pressure and temperature were perfect. If you are not used to city living or have never experienced you may need to get used to the noise that come with it. They do provide ear plugs (we did not need……

“Don’t have anything bad to say very chic and clean hotel with exceptional amenities and a spa. The only thing was breakfast was not that good. Also didn’t find the quirky art hung on the hotel rooms that calming. Otherwise amazing.”

“Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm. You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out. Thank you for another lovely stay.”

“Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar”

“We loved our stay at Bertrand’s Townhouse. The rooms were excellent, the location was central to everything we wanted to do, and we loved being able to have a nightcap at the bar to plan out our next day with our friends. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit London for the first time or the tenth time!”

“Beautiful elegant property with fantastic garden oasis and topped off with complimentary cocktail upon arrival… True Gem next to one of the greatest museums of the world and close to all action London offers.”

“員工非常親切也樂於幫助我們的問題。早餐選擇豐富，很好吃，地點也非常好”

“位置很好、清潔很好、推薦入住！”

“The location is excellent and convenient, with many delicious restaurants nearby and Granary Square within walking distance.”

“這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望： 窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。 房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。 衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。 浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。 整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。 The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe……

“Great location. Helpful staff”

“Excellent location. The hotel decor is cute. ”

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……

“This apartment was not an at but a very small room without any relationship to the advertised photos!”
