「Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.」

「Good Tasteful chic decor, good size apartment. Lobby also tastefully set up. Easy to access keys without front desk. Property was clean. Washing machine and dryer and rack for airing clothes available. Basic kitchen needs. Fantastic location. Bed is so-so, pillows ok. Generally enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Not so good No dish washing liquid and a used sponge provided - didn't I could reuse. No kitchen towels. Only 1 role of toilet paper - apparently you're expected to buy the...
