We were super excited to stay here, as we've stayed at previous Moxy locations in Europe and loved them. However, we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness and the staff. Upon checking into our room, we found toenail clippings on the ledge of the top bunk and hairs in the shower, which made us wonder if the room was even cleaned. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for a change of room, but we were told that if we switched, there would be no sofa bed (blanket and pillow on top of an actual couch) and that we would only have a queen bed for the three of us. They apologized and asked if they could do anything for us; all we asked for was bottles of water, which we are still waiting for to this day. They offered to send someone to clean and change the sheets instead, and we reluctantly agreed, but asked that they come when we headed out, as it's a small space and we'd rather not be in the way. Naturally, they came 45 minutes before the time we told them, swept the toenails with a mini broom, said 'that's it?', and left. On our third day, we ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for a new roll. They said they would send someone ASAP. We left for 4 hours, came back, and still had no toilet paper, forcing us to go back to the front desk to ask again. I get that some things can be forgotten, but it made the experience very unpleasant. I would not stay here again. I guess the location is convenient, but that's all they have.

Location is great. Hotel amenities were average. Bed is a little hard and only two pillows, no windows. There is a 50 euro fee for early check in, but staff is helpful and lets you store luggage (no charge).

You can tell the hotel staff has no idea what’s going on. The check in process was a mess. They told us sit and wait and they were just chit chatting around the bar until I went up and asked again about the check in and why it was being stalled. The hotel is in perfect location to everything so from a location standpoint it’s great. The worst thing about this hotel was the noise. You hear your neighbor like they are right next to you in the same room. If you don’t care about the room and you just plan to use it for sleeping I think it’s great!
