Helpful, friendly staff. Nice decoration at the main entrance, and rooms comfy (if not a little snug). Think we had the smallest room in the hotel, as there was a corridor cut out indent (room 201). Having said that, the room had all of the amenities required and a massive TV. Very modern decoration, but no window. Also, the main corridor door outside the room banged shut when somebody passed through, this was the only inconvenience. I would stay again, but request a different room. Location could not have been better - in the middle of absolutely everything.

Great hotel. Modern and trendy in a fabulous location. Could walk to many things, the palace, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Oxford st and all the theatres were at our doorstep.

The hotel itself was a fantastic location, the bar really nice and trendy. The first room I was given in the third floor.. was drilling going on above me and also the fire alarm went off 3 times.. staff had no concern as a called down and asked if it was an emergency all very relaxed, which is a real concern when there is an actual emergency. Moved to another room fifth floor and again fire alarm off 3 times just as I was resting.. I like moxy and have stayed at others, I also work for ritz Carlton Marriott.. so was disappointed in this visit.

The rooms are they n the smaller side. They have a nice bar and seating place. Never restocked soap or toilet paper throughout visit. It’s right in Piccadilly near man chain restaurants. Good for getting around and walkable to soho.

Loved this hotel, very hip, lovely central location but complete silence and really well designed rooms. Great find! I would use it for business or leisure quite happily 😍 and all pretty cheap for such a central location, think we paid £170 for the night

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Piccadilly Circus, somit ist fast alles zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster und direkten Blick auf den großen Werbebildschirm. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein für 2 Personen und man hat kaum Möglichkeiten seine Klamotten aufzuhängen, aber ich hatte ein paar Kleiderbügel mitgenommen und konnte dann die Kleidung an der Stange aufhängen. Auch im Bad gab es keine großen Ablageflächen. Der Zimmerservice war ok. Die Damen und Herren am Empfang waren sehr nett und immer bemüht. Klimaanlage und Heizung haben perfekt funktioniert. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und das Hotel besticht vor allem durch die perfekte Lage. (Achtung: Ich glaube, dass nicht alle Zimmer ein Fenster besitzen, deshalb sollte man vielleicht bei der Zimmerbuchung darauf achten)

Great location. Friendly staff, Cute lobby and room is more spacious than I expected. However, there were no windows in my room which could pose a problem for someone who is claustrophobic. Todo muy bien no hay manera de solicitar cosas desde la habitación y por la app me dijeron que no por que reserve a través de expedía. Los vasos no se lavaron pequeños detalles. The room we stayed in was a triple though the third bed was actually a converted couch turned twin bed. The king size bed was in a loft type set up bunk where we had to climb up every night to sleep. While this set up was not horrible it is likely less ideal for older folks with mobility issues. I would not recommend this type of room for older adults. The bathroom sink is horribly small even for Europe standards. The one perk of the room was the open space the loft set up allowed. The location of the hotel was perfectly ideal for proximity to all the things we wanted to do as well of tons of dining options in the area - just remember to make reservations ahead of time. All in all the property is well kept and provided what we needed while we visited London for a few days.
