"This is the best place we have ever stayed at hands down!!! The price of the room is extremely reasonable for the area and it being London. We stayed in the York apartment and it raised our expectations on what a hotel room should be. "

10/10 Excellent
"From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we was going to have a fab stay. We were staying for my hen do and was given a welcome drink before heading to our room, we planned on just leaving our luggage but we was able to access our room from 11am which was a fab bonus!
The room was huge, clean, and had great amenities.
Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the spa facilities the next morning.
We found the location to be brilliant, just a couple of stops on the tube from King's Cross and about 5 min walk from the tube to the hotel. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance."
"Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel was experiencing a leaking roof that was coming through to the lobby but the situation was being handled with little disruption to the guest "
"Well located. Not far from the British Museum and next to public transport, with a bus stop out the front of the hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and breakfast was nice too."
"The whole process was smooth from checking in till checking out. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Easy walking distance for most places. Couldn’t fault the place for the 2 nights we were there."
