“just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.”

“This was a great place to stay in London, very centrally located in the heart of Fitzrovia. It was large and clean and well-furnished, recently renovated with a clean Ikea-ish vibe, with plenty of space for us and our three teenage kids. No AC but fans were provided, which was crucial during the heat wave. Not for people with problems with stairs, though (there are four flights). Key pickup was also a bit inconvenient, a 10-minute walk away in the opposite direction most people would be going……

"You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they check us into is not clean and ended up staining the kid’s short and the food is very slow to come… so other than the location there is not much to like about this hotel… "
