“I like that the hotel is a very convenient base for me when I come to London as it is close to the Tube station. It is also pleasant to walk along the Regent's Canal.
The food is fantastic and I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.”
“Great location that has the charm of a room over a tavern. Service was fantastic and the pleasentries did not disappoint. Room was generously spacious. Overall the staff were a pleasure to deal with. ”
“Brilliant!! Stayed for a concert in Tottenham and was just thinking that it would be a "it'll have to do" hotel room but was very happy with the room/hotel - they even had cereals and soft drinks in room which was much appreciated!! Thankyou ,,will hopefully stay again when back in area xx”
“Tastefully decorated, well equiped and air conditioned rooms although the pub itself wasnt. That said the pub was open and airy with good outside space. Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner all recommended). Just a note, my elderly parents were on the top floor..no lifts. ”
“Very friendly staff. The pub that is associated to the hotel is very nice and a great feature. Staff very friendly and helpful. Resolving any issues promptly”
“Only 1 night stay, had everything we needed. Clean tidy room with air con (godsend). Friendly helpful staff. Really nice pub downstairs, and an amazing breakfast. ”
“You would not believe the pub was in such a lovely area and with the high street and all its other offerings so close - so close to London , Heathrow and transport - a gem !”
“Beautiful room in a nice quiet location. The Sunday Roast was delicious and the continental breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. This place is a gem!”
“In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For……
“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……
"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
