Very bad experience

There were ants crawling along the window when room 609 was first assigned to us. The staff at the reception were super nice and immediately arranged another room (372) for us when I told them about the situation. 372 was no better since dirt & dust were found everywhere. Several hair could also be found on the quilt and bedsheet. Inside the bathroom, the position of the sink was high. Water could easily be spilled out onto the floor when brushing the teeth and washing the face. About the bathtub, anyone would expect warm water would come out from the pipe when the hot water and the cold water taps were turned on together, but the actual result was hot water came out from the left side of the pipe while cold water came out from the right side of the pipe. The shower head was fixed on the wall which was most inconvenient for washing the hair and the body. For breakfast, the first day was quite good, including the food, the service and the environment. However, on next day, we were first lead by the waitress to a table under which on the floor there was a used napkin. There were also bread crumbles on the table. For the food, tomatoes were overcooked and bacons were sticked together. Although the staff are nice, I don’t recommend staying in this hotel as it didn’t worth the money I paid.

la chambre correspond à la photo, le wifi est bon, toutefois le personnel n'a pas pris la peine de nous avertir des travaux en cours à l'arrière de l'hotel et du bruit et donc du dérangement que cela occasionnerait dès 8h30 a.m.

The hotel gave me a room with heavy construction noise on the first night. I requested to move to another room after. The system reassigned me a smelly and non clean room. I went to the front desk and complained. The manager apologized to me and offer me free breakfast for the rest of my stay. It was not a good experience.

I like this hotel, it’s 5 minutes away from Rusell Square station. It takes about an hour to get to the airport with no transfers. The rooms are comfortable the staff is friendly and have great breakfast. I highly recommended this place

Clean rooms,comfortable beds,and excellent location make this hotel a great choice for Central London. Located in a quiet section of Bloomsbury but with many places to eat and the tube close by. Check out Solitude Bakehouse for some really good Almond Croissants. I will definitely make this hotel my go to when I return to London.

Die Zimmer waren recht dreckig, keine Lüftung im Badezimmer, weshalb es nach dem Duschen gefühlt unter Wasser stand. Das Frühstück war zwar recht gut, allerdings an einem Tag so eine lange Schlange, dass es über eine halbe Stunde gedauert hätte überhaupt reinzukommen. Dass wir nicht an der Schlange vorbeikonnten, um zu den zwei anderen von uns die zehn Minuten früher beim Frühstück waren und extra einen Vierertisch genommen haben, dazuzustoßen, war extrem ärgerlich und meiner Meinung nach unverständlich.
