物有所值的住宿！早餐非常豐富（有雞蛋、腸、煙肉、蘑菇、蕃茄、脆薯餅、蕃茄汁豆，仲有多士、奶酪）！酒店有點殘舊但以這個價錢簡直是超值了。隔壁就是大英博物館，行去附近地鐵站也只是六7分鐘路程。

Ensemble très convenable. Propre et bien placé. Il faut sortir de l’hôtel et faire 20-30 m pour rejoindre la seconde partie de l’hôtel où se trouve la réception et la salle à manger. Petit déjeuner très copieux et service au top.

Fantastic location! Easy to get to via light rail transit from LHR, and much cheaper than a taxi. Many sights are within a 30-40 min walk (Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc.). Great restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Very helpful staff, easy check in and out. Excellent included breakfast. Room was comfortable, the AC worked well (it was 33C + while there), and the bed was very comfortable. On top floor (3rd) and no lift. Fine except getting luggage up. Would certainly stay again.

The breakfast was really good and the location was really good. The room was very small and if you go there do not stay on the top rooms. Structurally the rooms up there are not square. They slant. The hotel was rated 31/2 star and I am just not seeing it. The location though really can’t be beat.

The location is excellent for the British Museum, Covent Garden, Soho and Kings Cross. We stayed at one of the appartments just metres away from the hotel itself. For the price in this expensive area of London, this accommodation is fantastic value for money. The appartment was very clean and althouth not modern, it's in good condition and is very spacious for the 3 of us. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was adequate. I would happily return next time I need to be in that area of London.

I loved the apartment for our family of 4. Plenty of space and VERY convenient for a London trip. Be aware…. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Check before you book if you have mobility issues.

Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. La literie était confortable, parfait pour un court séjour. La localisation est top, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Rang the bell a really long time before someone let us in. Nice, clean room. Didn’t get it made up some of the time. Had to ask for more drinking water in the room. Great breakfast made to order. Not much help finding good restaurants.

We had a really great stay it was close to what we needed. Room was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the room was very warm and only a small standing fan was available which was inadequate. There were no plugs for any of the sinks and the mattress dipped on the one side which meant when you rolled over you could easily fall out of bed. And the mattress on the single bed was uncomfortable too. Mattresses could do with an upgrade. But other than that we had a lovely stay.

No surprises - room looked like the photos (better, actually) and the breakfast was as generous and delicious as all the reviews said. This is a classic old London hotel that is well-run and hasn't been reduced to cutting corners at the expense of guest experience. It is still a hotel in a very old building, with all that entails (no lift, narrow stairs), but it was clean, bright, and well-maintained.
