The flat battery in my door meant I did not get into my room until 1am one evening. I had to be up at 6:30am for a conference. The porter was very helpful but ultimately shouldn't have been needed. Check the batteries in your doors more regularly.

The hotel is in a great location, close to transportation, great restaurants and a nearby mall. The pool and sauna are very clean and nice. The hotel also has long term rentals and offers nughtly activities like yoga abd meet and greet and attracts a younger crowd. The only downside is that the rooms don't get cleaned every day. When I inquired at the check-in desk regarding room cleaning, I was told that the room gets cleaned every 4 days.During my 5 day/4 nights stay, my room did not get cleaned once. I found someone elses hair in the shower, which was not pleasant.
