「Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm.
You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out.
Thank you for another lovely stay.」

「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
