“Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy ”

“Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations.”

“The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. ”

“Pros: The Zetter Bloomsbury is in a great location and walkable. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a must for the summer. Clean and the staff is very friendly. There is also an elevator on site. Cons: the standard rooms and beds are TINY. Good for a solo traveler but not for two people. There is no TV, so if you want to unwind after a long day with some tele, you’ll need your phone or iPad. They have a giant screen in the garden, but what is shown is at the discretion of the hotel……

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……
