「I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel...

「Overall it is good and satisfactory 」

「The rooms are generally clean. New towels every day. The hotel is easy to reach since there’s a bus station right in front of it. Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch Station are around 10 minutes away from the hotel. Also close to lots of shopping stores.」

「舒適」

「Great location and staff was very friendly」

「一般延遲退房是不可能的，但是飯店竟然非常大方的同意了。為門僮Peter 到行李員都非常親切而周到，bar的調酒非常好。 房間內提供的杯子是水晶杯，非常有品味」

「服務態度不好」

「Great location to everything!」

「There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay.」
