We have stayed there for 5 nights with 2 rooms during our last stop in UK. The customer service is far from satisfactory from a hotel in South Kensington. When I tried to ask if there was any loading bay in the hotel vicinity for me to park to off load my luggage days before my check in, I could only receive an email about the charging fee in the afternoon of the check in day. Funny right. Someone would knock your door at 8am for room cleaning and maintenance works happened with noice form drill and hammer at 8:30am outside your room. The handling and response to no water supply including flushing water at 8:45 am of a day was fantastically poor. No one answered telephone because there were only one staff available handling general enquiry from a customer. They didn’t care about how frustrated we were because we had to catch our flight, they just allowed a long queue in front of the reception counter with only one staff available. When informing of the no water supply issue, they just casually said they would call the maintenance service and asked you to wait. What about the breakfast service which would end at 10 am and checkout time at 11 am, no response for any alternatives but said they could not take water to our room. What a service from a hotel.
