Clean room, friendly staff, air conditioning, plenty of places to eat nearby. I think it’s mainly good for one or two night stays. A very positive experience. I will stay there again in the near future.
The hotel was an excellent place to stay for a couple of days. I found the staff, from front of house to the cleaners very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, and I slept very well. Communal showers, toilets and wash basins were very clean and tidy. Lounge area had plenty of seating, very comfortable, light and airy. Hotel was close to all amenities, underground stations and bus stops practically on the doorstep. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would most certainly recommend it to anyone.
Super easy check in. Rooms are pretty good as far as pod hotels go, probably the best one in London having stayed in a few at this point. Room was nice and air conditioned, perfect for a sweaty day in London
One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again.
There’s a heat wave in London right now and this was one of the only places we could find with air conditioning for a reasonable price. The wife and I were actually surprised by how comfortable the pods were. I could have stayed there all week had they had the availability!
The rooms were spotless and had lots of of storage for your things, I had two big bags and they weren’t in the way at all, the showers/toilets were really clean, the vending machines were full of lovely food and drinks, the climate control is amazing, the light settings were just right, it’s very secure throughout the hotel, probably the best sleep I’ve ever had, I didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back!
Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again.
The staff was amazing, Alejandro and Adam were extremely helpful and professional. Adam referred me to a Nigerian restaurant that was simply amazing.. I will definitely stay here again my next time in London.
An outstanding stay for a hostel! Highly recommend. I just find the door to the single next a bit cumbersome but very good overall. Clean and quiet, lounge room is great to work or chat.
A pod is a pod. Little space. Feels squeezed in. No space to stand or change clothes.
Good helpful staff.
Pricing is too much for a pod. Do yourself a favour and book a full room for a little more in a slightly far off area.
The capsule hotel was clean and clearly pretty new. Everything looked pristine. Some more signage around the place about how to use the facilities would've been helpful, but the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp.
Staff was so helpful and pods were extra comfortable (would have preferred two pillows as the pillows are extremely soft and on the thinner side) but the space, security, and showers more then made up for it. Also, be advised that the floor was male and female. Not sure if they have a female only option but that would be a good option as well. Overall it was an awesome experience!
Bed was very comfy in the pod and I felt very safe. The toilet facilities were close by and a good size with all the facilities required.
I thought at first (on seeing the pod from the outside) that I would find it claustrophobic inside it but I didn’t - once inside I felt I had sufficient room and felt totally fine.
The only negative would be that because the pods were so close to each other/on top of each other you can hear your neighbour coming and going and I could hear the person above me snoring.
Saying that though, it’s so worth it for the cost (good value) location (so central) and the facilities.
Fantastic if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep in central london.
Staff were very helpful.
Bed was comfortable, though I can imagine if someone likes to sleep *very* warm, or *very* cold, the thermostat being locked at 19°c at the coldest at 23°c at the warmest wouldn't be great.
