The staff was amazing, Alejandro and Adam were extremely helpful and professional. Adam referred me to a Nigerian restaurant that was simply amazing.. I will definitely stay here again my next time in London.

Fantastic if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep in central london. Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable, though I can imagine if someone likes to sleep *very* warm, or *very* cold, the thermostat being locked at 19°c at the coldest at 23°c at the warmest wouldn't be great.

The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great

great location, helpful staff and overall very good vibe and clean spaces. Only complaint was how loud it was, I could hear people on phone calls loudly from other floors, and the sound of doors opening on other floors loudly as well. At one point it was so loud I was convinced the guest next to me was opening and slamming their nest door closed, but it turned out to be the communal doors from another floor opening and closing. Very private and comfortable room but just make sure to bring earplugs

It is a pod hotel after all so the space will be small. That being said, the experience was great. Very clean and well maintained. The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. Secure lock on the pod and secure locked doors for the hotel and pod section as well. Best of all it is right next to the Elizabeth line station so travel from the airport is easy.

The hotel is extremely modern and clean, and aside from a few technical issues with the ID card, the access gates and doors are easy to use. Pods are well air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. The communal bathroom is extremely clean.

Very central but quiet in the space and with hot weather just now, the air conditioning was really appreciated! Everyone very helpful. Just be aware that you will not be able to stand up in the space but you can stretch your arms up with room to spare when lying down. Takes a wee bit of getting used to, shimmying out the pod but for such a central locution and the quiet when in the space, such a bargain. Would use again!

The rooms are holes. You can not even sit in the rooms, too small. The hotel resemble a to holes for mice, not really for human being . Expensive hotel and resemble to animal loges. Human being are reduced to mice, or animal to enter into holes and sleep The hotel is not properly described, so one will not pay attention that it is not a hotel. You enter the rooms with your knees as animals. Such structures should never exist in city like London. Charles

Cool idea... $80 including tax for a pod as center London as you can get. Docked a star for 2 reasons; cleaning lady entered my pod more than 30 min before my checkout, which is my absolute biggest pet peeve. Also my QR code stopped working before check out which was quite annoying. I would stay here again.

The rooms were spotless and had lots of of storage for your things, I had two big bags and they weren’t in the way at all, the showers/toilets were really clean, the vending machines were full of lovely food and drinks, the climate control is amazing, the light settings were just right, it’s very secure throughout the hotel, probably the best sleep I’ve ever had, I didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back!

I needed somewhere to stay at short notice at this was perfect. Communication from them was great and getting in and finding my nest was easy. The bed was really comfortable and I loved that it had air on. Despite it being really hot outside the nest was nice and cool. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Soho and also very close to an Elizabeth line station. I probably wouldn’t stay here for more than 1 or 2 nights but for what it was it was great

I’ve stayed in a few pod hotels, and this was by far the most modern; new but also cool. However the QR code system to get in everywhere is very annoying and at the end of the day it’s a hostel with the same flaws all hostels have (smelly, unclean, unloved). It was however only £70 for a night in central London… beggars can’t be choosers I guess!

Although there was occasional banging and voice noise during the day, the nights and early mornings were deliciously quiet. The staff were plentiful and super-helpful. And of course the a/c was great.
