The staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable and a good size. The furnishings are a bit dated, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel is very conveniently located near a Tube station and several attractions and shopping areas.

This hotel is located in a neighbourhood that is close to shops and restaurants little places to get food and it is and it is really close to Gloucester Station the underground that connects you very quickly to central London. It’s very close to the natural history museum, which is great for kids.

We had a 3 nt stay and all very good. The decor is getting a lil dull but the location was great. Right in the heart of a few areas. Close to everything you may need including Freddie Mercurys house lol The lady on the front desk was lovely to us. Breakfast was everything you need to start the day. Clean and tidy but one thing for older people. The shower is over the bath and very high sides with nothing to grab onto. That would be the only thing I could say negative

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and our room felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also excellent and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Everything about the hotel contributed to a relaxing and convenient visit. The only minor suggestion would be to update the information regarding room service, as it appears that this is no longer offered. Aside from that small detail, our stay was fantastic. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.

The Ashburn is a boutique hotel beautifully located and maintained with great traditional taste and comfort. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The only limitation is the high side of the bathtub which is difficult to step over.

The hotel retains its nice period design while updating bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortably. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only criticism is that the high side of the bathtub makes it very difficult to access.

Excellent location near Gloucester station, museums, Tesco convenience store, and the church I attended daily. Walk a bit longer and hit Knightsbridge area with Harrods and other places to shop and eat at. The rooms were cleaned daily and well, the staff were friendly and accommodating, but there are not many amenities to speak of as it is a small boutique hotel. The reception room was spacious enough to meet in and to snack and have a drink in. Breakfast room is in the basement, but we did not have breakfast there as we got meal deals at Tesco for breakfast and ate in the reception room. Downside: carpets are old and need to be changed. Note: we were told hotel is under new ownership & management. Overall, a wonderful stay, but not if you want something new, modern, fresh in a boutqiue hotel. Decor is traditional, stuff is old but decent.

Breakfast offerings are simple but satisfying and varied enough for everyone. The staff is attentive. I had stayed here two years ago and coincidentally, stayed in the same room. I can see a bit of wear and tear, but it's very comfortable. The location is very convenient.

I have been to London numerous times and stayed in a multitude of hotels in the city. Nothing could have prepared me for the superiority of the Ashburn Hotel. I was a guest for 12 days and was treated beyond my dreams. From the beautiful room to the customer service, this hotel is a 10 out of 10. They have spoiled any other hotel in London for me! The entire hotel was spotless, the beds so comfortable, not to mention the room was so large! All of the employees like, Jemiw, at the front desk were so kind. Marta in the breakfast room was pure joy. The breakfast was absolutely incredible so make sure to include it in your stay. The hotel was a block away from the underground and lots of restaurants and cafes. I will most definitely be visiting the Ashburn again. I am still daydreaming about my marvelous stay.

Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable. I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again.
