Good location is the real draw here… it’s so convenient to the Heathrow Express. Once upon a time this was obviously a grand hotel, but it’s slowly deteriorating. The rooms feel worn; Peeling veneer in the bathrooms, fridges /mini bars ripped out… Fine for an overnight stay, but not for a holiday.

The property is next to Paddington train station and even has its own entrance from the concourse if the station. Paddington station (railway, Elizabeth line, Heathrow Express, 4 London Underground lines) are all nearby if not literally next door. Super convenient! Neighborhood also convenient.

Good location. I could go sightseeing in London using tubes. I could enjoy Paddington life staying at this hotel. It was comfortable to stay at this hotel. Wonderful breakfast was served.

Room service menu is limited. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was fine. Plenty of transport options, from trains to cabs and Uber. We used Paddington Station as our base to travel from London to Brighton and Cornwall.

stayed at the Hilton London Paddington again for a weekend trip. Unbeatable location if you need to get an early Heathrow flight cause it’s right next to Paddington Station, also due to its proximity to the Elizabeth Line it’s a great starting point to explore the city. Had a nice spacious room, noise-wise the proximity to the station is not a problem. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again.

Excellent location for transportation. Right at the train station literally walking through a door you were at the hotel. from there unfortunately everything goes downhill. It is an older hotel and not updated for several years. Staff attitude could be better. walked by the receptionists and other staff at the lobby several times during my stay Never ever had anybody greeted me. Floor plan a bit quirky. Have to open a heavy French door to go from stairs to the rooms.

I've used this hotel many times over the years. This was my 1st time back in about a year. There were issues with the door key at check in, which required three return trips to the front desk, who just were not all that helpful. The location is great but there are now many alternatives around Paddington station

Nice hotel but some areas need updating, particularly the bathroom/shower etc from our room View wasn’t great, just a blank wall Area around was great, close enough to everything we wanted to visit
