“The hotel is quite flexible to allow early check in due to the early plane arrival and is so sweet to prepare a surprize for my son's birthday. The staff are friendly and polite.”

“Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor. ”

“第一晚被安排到Basement房間. 十分夾窄又侷促. 多謝Hotel Manager 為我們其後4天搬到高層和較大又寬躺的房間. 十分多謝！ 房間沒有熱水煲、茶包. 如要的話、要到Lobby飲用☹️. 吹頭髪位置沒有鏡. 只有一面企身鏡在門口. 不太理想😟⋯⋯ 地理位置優越、3分鐘步行到Paddington Station,出入機場超級方便快捷. 坐Heathrow Express只係15分鐘. 巴士去Oxford Circus十大方便. 只在洒店行1分鐘. 洒店十分新. 設計簡潔. 有心思. 有品味. 但價錢十大貴. 謝謝 ”
