“There is no airflow in basement room, I cannot even breath when I just opened the door. I cannot imagine if I need to stay here for 2 nights!! I lost my control and immediately go to reception argued with staff there. He said this is the basement room in a very cheap price, no air conditioner is a must in London hotel. I understand air conditioner is not a must but it definitely stated in Expedia intro of this hotel!! That means the Expedia information is wrong ??!!! I am so disappointed……

“Very helpful staffs, and good area. Close to city center, basically walkable. Downstairs is a nice sport bar, can have a small drink before go to bed. Overall, a very nice location and price stay for travelers.”

“Good location. There is a very dark and straight stairs before you can get to your room. With the broken handle on the 1st day arrival. It was extremely dangerous. Definitely not recommend to older people. 24 hours non-stop traffic are just right outside your window. Extremely noisy!!!! Your safety is another big concern with beggar down the apartment main door at night. A big NoNo for people considering this apartment. Unless you don’t need a sleep(: ”

“This is a very nicely renovated hotel which is located in the Southern part of London. It takes only 5 minutes' time to reach the Elephant & Castle metro station. This place is also close to the renowned disco "Ministry of Sound". I particularly like the provision of a pantry where I can make toast, re-heat the food using the microwave and store the food in the fridge.
