I really loved the location of this hotel as it was near all the places we wanted to go especially the LLHM! The property was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They call you a cab when needed and if you were short on towels or toilet paper they provided. It was just my mom and I, so we shared a room. The only hang up I had was that the room was very small, but it was comfortable. I like this hotel as it was very secure and safe! I would definitely like to stay here again! I'm not sure if they have bigger rooms as this room is ideal for two people who will not be spending very much time in it. Great as a home base. The restaurant was great for breakfast (so delicious!!), and the prices were good (8.00 pounds for breaky!) and reasonably priced for pub food! I really recommend this place if you are a tourist! Loved it, definitely will be staying here again!! Thank you Hub Westminster for everything!!

For the price the room is exactly as expected it was clean but small. Very good for a single traveller or a couple with not too many clothes (perhaps a weeks worth or less). Would recommend for people who want to be near landmarks and are only using the hotel to sleep!

Cons: No wash cloths, soap, shampoo, etc. Bring a trash bag with you too! Only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room. If you like mazes, this hotel is for you. It was a hunt to find our way to and from our room. We made a game of it to see who could choose the correct door or hallway. Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is right in the middle of everything you want to see, all within walking distance. The pros outweigh the cons and I would recommend this hotel. The bed was sooo comfy with what felt like a feather down comforter. Slept like a baby. Staff were all very kind.

This hotel was PERFECT for what we needed! The location is great (walking distance to London Eye and many other things) and a short 1 minute walk to the St James Tube Station. I had read that the rooms were small, which they are, but they are very modern and well designed. The price is very reasonable. Everything is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices!! I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente hotel, con una ubicación ideal, en una zona segura a pocos pasos de la abadía de Westminster, del St. James Park, de una estación del metro, de un par de Pubs y de muchas atracciones. Buen desayuno, completo y abundante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias y bien presentadas. El personal es de lo mejor y muy amable, en todas las áreas. Precio justo. Room was perfectly clean and perfectly sized for our needs. Air conditioning worked wonders and the dashboard behind the bed to control the lights and fans felt completely futuristic. Yes, objectively the rooms are small, but they’re not claustrophobic at all - we slept like babies and were super comfortable throughout our stay. You can’t beat the location either, steps away from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey and multiple Tube stops. Will stay here again anytime we’re in London.
