The hotel is charming, well placed and very clean. The inclusion of breakfast was a major factor in our booking, and we were so pleased with it! The food was absolutely delicious. Room was very clean, breakfast was good, coffee was also really good. The lady who cooked breakfast was a very nice & friendly. She smiled the whole time while talking to us. The owner was there & she was really nice as well. Also staff & everyone was so nice & friendly. The location is great. It's about 10 mins walk to Apollo Theatre, Victoria station, pubs & restaurants. I'm very pleased to stay at this hotel & will be back again. Thank you

Everything was great: the neighborhood is a gem, it is central and yet very quite. Our room had a very nice view on the street, we had water, tea, coffee and biscuits. As we stayed in January it was a bit cool inside but it was very cosy under the blanket. We could hear our upstairs neighbors in the evening but at night it was quite. Breakfast was very nice with a choice of few but well home prepared dishes. Shout out to the staff, who were attentive and friendly. Would want to come here again!

Lovely family run hotel.

Lovely family run hotel, the room was smallish, but comfortable, in a great location 10 minutes walk from Victoria train and tube station, 15 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, the Hotel is situated in a quiet clean and sage location. The breakfasts are excellent value, very tasty and well presented. If we are ever back in London we will look to the Windermere for our stay.
