“There are no garbage baskets anywhere. No toilet paper, no soap. you have to share the bathroom. We have to clean the bathroom and shower every time we use it. No cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean it. We have other guests complaining to us for using a bathroom that was at front of our room. So we had to use a different bathroom and it was share with other guests. Not a good experience.”

“This is a room in a student residence. On the one hand the staff is pleasant (though available only 30 hours per week) and the location is in a quiet, upscale, convenient neighborhood. There is plenty of heat, which the guest can regulate, which is not a given in London. On the minus side, the guest is offered nothing beyond a room that is clean and spacious upon arrival but not serviced during the stay. No soap, no cup. They give you a roll of toilet paper, but if you leave it at the toilet……

“Sarah is the perfect hostess- in contact with you before you arrive, asking if you need any specific things, and then providing those things! The house is cozy, lovely, well located and plenty of space for the 4 of us who stayed there with our own bathrooms. The kitchen is lovely and she left Prosecco for us when we got there. She checked in regularly.We had a great time!”

“The Position was excellent but the rest was poor. It was a 3 bedroom home described as beautiful and supposedly with 2 bathrooms. Only one bathroom containing a bath and separate shower.For two couples it was totally inadequate. Not enough room for people to relax. No dining facility. Very cramped kitchen. The entrance smelled of mould and generally very dirty throughout. Could not possibly recommend. The description on Expedia could not possibly be more wrong.”

“It was a great place. Three separate bedrooms (a double, a queen and a king). The cute tv room in the basement off the kitchen offers another hide a bed and/or just a couch, for another sleeping area (nice teen hang out). Everything was great - central to the Underground and London attractions. Just be cautious about what they say is available (they said there was laundry soap but there wasn’t). We easily bought some at the Tesco nearby - but doesn’t hurt to bring what you need. Would……
