「Great location directly across from Kensington Palace. Close to a bus stop and train station. Friendly staff. Very small room but exactly as it was advertised. Perfect for one person. 」

「The room was clean, large and looks brand new. The king size bed was very comfortable. Free hot drinks at the reception was an absolute plus. They also keep your luggage for free. 」

「The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.」

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」
