「Apartment was in a great location, quiet and easy access to everything London had to offer. Apt was on 3rd floor which corresponds to 4th floor in US, no elevator, good exercise going up and down stairs but tough with luggage!」

Inside the home, although it’s quite small, it was sufficient for one person and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. 「We stayed Sat thru Sat. The location is great and we were able to check in early. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minute walk. Natural History museum is about a 10min walk. Directly across from Knightsbridge Picadilly Line. They were responsive to any needs or questions. Down fall there is only a washer, no dryer as listed. There is no central AC, but they have portable units. Bad news is you have keep the windows open for the exhaust tubes which means you hear all the street...

「The unit's carpeting is awful! stains/dirty everywhere you did not want to put your feet on the carpet. The toilets did not flush properly the toilet paper would not go down the clothes dryer did not dry the clothes it kept shutting off. Tile floor in kitchen cracked. A weird musty smell in the whole unit.There were barley enough glasses for our group of 6. Just overall run down. We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed 8 nights. Only positive is the location but I don't think...

「The apartment was as described. We didn't recognize that in London, the 2nd floor is what we Americans would consider the 3rd floor, and the stairs were tough after a long day of sightseeing! But the neighborhood and the location can't be beat! We definitely recommend this apartment.」
