The space -

This historic Victorian apartment dates from the 1800’s as does much of the furniture, antiques and décor, flawlessly updated to include a contemporary kitchen with premium appliances, a heated floor bathroom with power shower, a memory foam mattress and premium bedding, Video entry system, a custom-made leather Chesterfield sofa, and a real ship’s Captain’s armchair.
This is a really special place, and homes like this are very rarely available.

In the heart of Soho, and adjacent to Mayfair and Covent Garden, you will find yourself in the center of the West End’s top theatres, the finest restaurants in the world, every major designer and shopping area from Bond St. to Regent St, and Oxford St., and countless bars, nightclubs and coffee shops.

Fully renovated with hardwood flooring throughout, real silver cutlery, all stainless cookware, kettle, toaster, microwave, washer, dishwasher, Miele appliances, large flatscreen TVs in bedroom and living room with Netflix, Apple TV, BBC iPlayer, ITVx, Freeview and more.

You must be able to use the stairs as period buildings like this do not usually have lifts. This exceptional flat is located on the 4th floor.

Property is Located on the Fourth Floor and guests must climb stairs to access it, there is no Lift/Elevator.

Just an AMAZING Location

Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!!
