“Somehow there was no hot water for me to bath, depends on my luck. room is too small and there is almost no place for me to open the suitcase, the room was clean but there was some smell.”

“前台接待處職員很有禮貌同親切介紹周邊圍環境，但不足之處是我房隔離是儲物室，早上職員開關門都手重，請酒店提醒一下隔音問題會弄醒客人！謝！”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“La ubicación es muy buena, está en una colonia tranquila y segura, el acceso es muy cómodo al tener las claves con anticipación. El hospedaje incluía desayuno y los lugares sugeridos son lindos y con personal muy amable. El cuarto tenía cortinas blackout muy buenas, lo único que pudiera mejorar es el colchón, no era el más comodo. El personal estuvo en contacto en todo momento, muy amables.”

“Receptionists are very nice. The building and maintenance itself are too old and not in good condition. One cannot imagine why we need two hands together to press the tight flash button. ”
